  3. 6 cdas agua
  4. 1 taza leche condensada
  5. 2/3 taza crema
  6. 230 ml leche evaporada (casi 1 taza)

  8. c/n aceite para el molde
  9. al gusto jarabe de chocolate para decorar
  10. al gusto fresas para decorar

  1. Hidrata la grenetina en el agua. Te comparto este tip que te ayudará cada vez que tengas que hacerlo. Luego derrite durante 30 segundos en el microondas.
  2. Engrasa bien el molde con aceite y colócalo en el refri para que este frío. Puedes ayudarte de una servitoalla para limpiar el excedente de aceite.
  3. Licúa la leche condensada, leche evaporada y la crema. Agrega poco a poco la grenetina mientras licúas. Yo utilicé leche condensada casera de una receta de @cook_22163248 sin azúcar pero puedes usar la tradicional. Si vas por la opción sin azúcar te recomiendo que pruebes el dulzor de la mezcla final y verifiques si estás conforme. Si no, puedes agregar más endulzante.
  4. Vierte 1/4 aprox de la mezcla en el molde y lleva al refri por aproximadamente 30 minutos o hasta que haya cuajado un poco.
  5. Luego coloca los gansitos al revés y presiona levemente para que se pegue a la gelatina. Vierte un poco más de la mezcla y vuelve a refrigerar hasta que cuaje levemente. No debe tapar los gansitos sino llegar como a la mitad para que estos no floten.
  6. Cubre todo con la mezcla y lleva al refri hasta que cuaje completamente, te recomiendo que sea unas 2 horas como mínimo para poder desmoldar con mayor seguridad.
  7. Puedes decorar con más gansitos o si gustas como yo puedes colocar fresas y jarabe de chocolate.
