- Vamos a licuar los tomatillos, el cilantro, el 1/4 de cebolla, el diente de ajo y 2 de los chiles jalapeños sin semillas ni rabo.


- Agregamos en la sartén las papas y cebollas y también vamos a triturar el tomillo, orégano, pimienta y el epazote y mezclamos muy bien todos los ingredientes.


- A 1 chile jalapeño le vamos a quitar las semillas y rabo y lo vamos a cortar en tiritas delgadas y lo agregamos también a la sartén.

- Ahora si ya vamos a agregar lo de la licuadora, el tocino y los frijoles con algo de caldillo.



- Así lo vamos a mezclar bien y lo dejamos unos 20 minutos más a fuego medio sin tapar y que reduzca un poco el líquido.
