  4. Amasamos para sacar el aire y formamos un pan redondo. Lo colocamos sobre una fuente de horno engrasada y lo dejamos reposar de nuevo hasta que duplique otra vez su tamaño.
  5. Damos unos cortes en la superficie, barnizar con la yema batida, espolvoreamos por encima granos de anís y cocemos a horno precalentado a 190 ºC durante unos 40 minutos.
