  11. 250 gr Cerezas naturales

  14. 1 caballito Whisky
  15. Para la mousse
  16. 1/2 taza jugo de limón
  17. 2 cucharadas azúcar
  18. 2 cucharaditas grenetina en polvo
  19. 1 lata leche condensada
  20. necesaria Ralladura de 1 limón
  21. opcional Colorante verde (opcional)
  22. 1 taza crema para batir

Steps to make to make Candy Choux

  1. Para las pepitas de galleta, acremar la mantequilla y el azúcar glass hasta que se blanquee. Después agregar las yemas una por una. Luego agregar la vainilla.
  2. Cernir los polvos e incorporar para hacer una masa. Se utilizara alrededor de 4 a 5 galletas, para no desperdiciar el resto de masa pesar bolitas de 16 gr y hacerles un pequeño hoyo en el centro para rellenar con mermelada horneable. Hornear por 35 min a 180°C. Una vez listas reservar.
  3. Para la mousse, en una olla combinar el jugo de limón y azúcar. Agregar la grenetina en polvo, dejar calentar a fuego medio durante 3 minutos hasta que la grenetina se disuelva por completo. Incorporar la ralladura de limón y colorante (opcional). Retirar del fuego, dejar enfriar un poco. Agregar la leche condensada. Reservar.
  4. Batir, la crema para hasta esponjar. Incorporarla a la mezcla de limón y leche condensada, con movimientos envolventes. Verter el Mousse en un recipiente y refrigerar por un mínimo de 1 hora.
  5. Para el coulis, lavar y cortar por la mitad para retirar el hueso, después trocearlas y agregarlas a un sartén junto con el azúcar y el jugo de limón.
  6. Utilizar los resultados de cada receta para hacer una presentación única!
