- Añadir nuestro caramelo cuando su temperatura sea de 120°C, en forma de hilo. Dejar reposar unos minutos antes del siguiente paso.



- Dividir los polvos en tres partes iguales y agregar porción a porción cada uno. Todo esto de manera envolvente.


- En este punto agregar el colorante en gel de la preferencia, y mezclar muy bien. Una vez lista la mezcla, pasarla a una manga pastelera.


- Hacer pequeños círculos en un tapete de silicona, o en papel estrella. Y dejar un espacio considerable entre cada uno. Agregar la mezcla con la manga en vertical, y golpeando la charola para eliminar el exceso de burbujas que pudiera tener la mezcla. Llevar a hornear por 15 min, a 150 °C.


- Una vez listos, dejar enfriar antes de rellenarlos.

- Para elaborar el relleno, únicamente deberemos batir los ingredientes. Pasarlo a una manga pastelera y dejar enfriar durante 30 min aproximadamente.



- Rellenar una tapa con la mezcla, y cubrir con otra. De forma que quede una especie de sándwich. Y listo, unos macarrons muy fáciles de hacer. Y que con el proceso correcto saldrán de lo mejor.
