  4. Para el betabel, lo vamos a lavar bien y la vamos a hornear por 30 minutos con todo y cáscara en una charola aproximadamente a 200 C°
  5. Una vez que están horneados vamos a retirar la piel y vamos a reservar
  6. Ya que tenemos listo las semillas y los demás ingredientes fritos y el betabel horneado vamos a colocarlos en la licuadora y lo vamos a moler todo esto junto con el caldo de pollo por aproximadamente de 8 a 10 minutos hasta que el mole tenga una buena consistencia.
  7. Calentamos una olla en la estufa a temperatura media y agregamos poco de manteca, freímos el mole y lo dejamos cocinar por aproximadamente 30 a 40 minutos a temperatura baja cuidando que no se nos quemé ni que se nos pegue y cuando vemos que está empieza a hervir lo retiramos del fuego.
