Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Pad thai:
- 50 gr fideos de arroz
- 5 gr salsa de pescado
- 40 gr cacahuate crudo
- 2 chiles de árbol
- 50 gr huevo
- 200 gr camarones
- 15 ml salsa de ostión
- 50 ml jugo de limón
- 15 ml aceite de cacahuate o ajonjolí
- 5 gr jengibre
- 20 ml aceite vegetal
- 5 gr azúcar glass
- 5 gr ajo
Steps to make to make Pad thai
- Hacer la mise en place.


- Poner a hervir agua, cuando comience a hervir añadir los fideos de arroz, dejar cocinar por 3 minutos, posteriormente retirarlos y darle choque térmico.



- En una sartén sobre el fuego añadir los aceites, cuando esté caliente agregar los camarones, agregar salsa de soya y saltear por 5 minutos aproximadamente.


- Retirarlos para evitar que se cocinen por completo, en la misma sartén agregar la cebolla, ajo, y jengibre picados. Saltear y cuando la cebolla esté en un tono transparente añadir los fideos de arroz mezclar perfectamente, agregar la salsa de pescado y de ostión.








- Puede agregar una pequeña porción de cúrcuma, chile de árbol picado.


- Hacer a un lado los fideos y añadir los cacahuates, saltearlos un momento y posteriormente mezclar con los fideos.


- Hacer un espacio en la sartén, añadir aceite de oliva o vegetal y agregar el huevo, cocinar como huevos revueltos y cuando esté un poco cocinado mezclar con el resto de la mezcla de la sartén.



- Regresar los camarones a la sartén, agregar el azúcar glass y mezclar perfectamente.



- Rectificar sabor si es necesario agregar más salsa de soya. Retirar del fuego.

- Servir y disfrutar.
