  6. Creamos una masa con 100 gr. de maseca agregándole aproximadamente 200 ml de agua, 10 gr. sal y 2 cucharadas de manteca y revolviendo bien
  7. Comenzamos a hacer pequeñas bolitas de masa
  8. Les hacemos un pequeño hoyo con el dedo índice o pulgar para obtener como pequeñas cazuelitas
  9. Agregamos la carne, 15 gr. De sal aproximadamente y un poco de caldo a la cacerola se deja hervir a fuego bajo
  10. Cuando haya roto el hervor se agregan los chochoyotes y se deja otros 10 minutos
