- Se vierte la mezcla sobre la base de galleta, utilizar una pala de cocina para evitar que la caída de la mezcla quiebre la base.


- Metemos al horno nuestro pay, lo dejamos aproximadamente 40 minutos (dependiendo de la intensidad de este), cuando la base se vea dorada y el relleno firme se apaga el horno y se deja reposar.



- Sacamos el pay y dejamos enfriar.
