- Para eso metemos la mezcla en nuestra manga y vamos a hacer una lengua de gato cómo algunos pasteleros le llaman hasta terminar con nuestra mezcla y espolvoreamos con azúcar glass



- Horneamos a 180° por 20 minutos

- Para nuestro el pâte a bombe vamos a hacer un jarabe agregamos el agua en un recipiente proseguimos con el azúcar y esperamos a que rompa en hervir uniformemente.



- Cuándo esté hirviendo el jarabe comenzamos a batir nuestras yemas hasta que estén claras y agregamos el jarabe en forma de bola para revisar que el jarabe este en forma de bola tomamos un poquito y lo metemos en un vaso de agua lo sacamos y tiene que formarse una bolita.




- Y revolvemos perfectamente después agregaremos nuestra grenetina y revolvemos.


- Tomamos nuestro queso crema y lo acremamos después le agregamos nuestro pâte a bombe y con nuestra crema para batir previamente batida y en picos suaves agregamos un poquito y revolvemos sin tener mucho cuidado.






- Después incorporamos la mitad y proseguimos con la otra mitad.
